The Warrant Inquiry Form allows a vendor to enter the warrant number and determine if the payment has been cashed. Please be advised that as of July 1, 2026 the State of Illinois has a new Statewide Accounting Management System (SAMS). The new system issues payments with new warrant number prefixes.
