If you have forgotten your password and have validated your Email address with us, you can reset your password without having to contact either your Vendor Coordinaor or Illinois Office of the Comptroller. Simply enter your email address, tell us what "Security Question" you selected the last time you changed your password, tell us the answer to that security question, and click on the "Forgot Password" button. An Email with an embedded hyperlink will be sent to you. Click on that hyperlink and you will be taken to the "Create Password" screen.
