CHICAGO — Comptroller Susana A. Mendoza released a video on Facebook this morning calling on Governor Rauner to abide by his constitutional duty to propose a balanced budget during his budget address on February 14, 2018.
Her message to the public reads: “Illinoisans, we have a very important day approaching. Our state constitution requires the Governor to present a balanced budget proposal to the General Assembly in a little less than a month. WATCH to learn more.”
