The Monthly Bond Report provides a recap by month of the general and special obligation indebtedness of the State by providing information on bonds authorized, issued, and the respective amounts outstanding. In addition, the report includes comparison schedules for each fund, detailing the expenditures, appropriations, obligations, and statutory authorizations for general and special obligation bond issuances by statutory purpose.
